To see the card delivery status open your exec page, choose "Manage my account" from the left column menu, and then "Executive Club Items".
In that page you can see the shipping status (at the page bottom) and you have also the option to request another card or tag (at the page start).
Ah yep, thanks for this – nothing was never shipped. I'll put in a request now.
