Still very tight - I have missed my last 3 connections from LHR following a transfer from LGW via National Express coach. I had exactly 3 hours from (non-EU) arrival at LGW to departure from LHR. UK passport holder, no checked baggage. Good luck, especially when factoring in immigration / baggage.
