Given how long it can take a pool to adjust temp (easily 2-5 days, depending on size of yr avg hotel public pool), complaining at the time *and expecting a temp change while there* is an exercise in futility, IMO. That's not to say not to complain and chase it up the line, but a change in temp during a stay is quite probably something they *can't* physically do for you.
