Hello all. I been getting a error message when I use the global entry kiosk for the last month or so, I scan my green card or enter it manually at times then I hit next and says system failure lockout. I have been getting this for the last two months or so , I called the global entry support three times they says all is ok and I have busted the enrollment center and all the office said was make sure you are scanning your green card properly and that was it. Can someone help or shed some light in the matter please .
