It has been a full week and my miles from a Singapore Airlines business flight have NOT posted.
I don't see how I can request for the missing credit on the Lifemiles website. I only see the ability to claim for a Avianca flight; there does not seem to be a way to use the drop down to request other airlines.
FT: Any suggestion on how to request the missing credit?

• If your LifeMiles number was included in your reservation the miles will be posted in your account 5 days after completing your flight.
• You can request the accrual of pending miles up to one year after completing a flight with Avianca.
• We recommend have on hand your reservation, ticket and boarding pass.
