Don't flatter yourself. It won't be because of the BAEC changes, although you can deceive yourself into believing that as much as you like.
The "big story" in the figures is only that AP is apparently up hugely over last year because of SARS, so it's meaningless. Africa is recovering after a similar downturn last year.
Trans-Atlantic load factor is up, which is a better measure of profitability than head count or ASK count.
And speaking of profitability, can we see some comparable figures for AA?
