Amongst the general public, perhaps, but they have earned no lack of condemnation on this and other forums composed of their more lucrative customers. However, we can rest assured that even if Air Canada acted egregiously as many believe, that and a King's Army won't stop these readers from slapping down their credit card on another premium flight with the airline.
