Would taking this up again with Marriott work better? Maybe if I write back and say that I am not happy or agree with the hotels response.
sorry to hear about your stay. I would do these things:
1) post negative trip advisor review with all pertinent details
2) send twitter post with summary of issue and obvious copy to Marriott’s Twitter account
3) send one final letter/Email to Marriott stating that you are looking for resolution to your complaint and include specifics on exactly what you want. If it were me I would not be returning to the scene of the crime, so asking for discount on future stay there may not be something to ask for. Discount elsewhere? Sure!
