I'm certain that the 75k RDM isn't an issue, since that is per e-ticket, and RTWs typically have four or more e-tickets to start, with new e-tickets typically issued for many changes. However, the fare-based RDM (and EQD) earnings is really appalling. I've had transcons booked in D earn $60 EQD and 660 RDM. However, AA codes do earn 2x EQM versus 1.5x on non-AA codes. So, if the poster cares more about EQM, then using AA codes makes sense.
