In September my friend and I will be visiting several Asian cities, and as a SkyTeam Elite Plus member (Delta Platinum) I usually have access to many lounges. My friend however is only Sky Team Elite (Delta Silver) so he will most likely need to be my guest.

Regarding my flight on China Eastern from Hong Kong-Shanghai however, I'm not sure if they classify that as "international" since it's still technically within China.
I will be flying in Business Class on that flight, but my friend is in Economy. (We both used Delta miles, but he was cheap haha)

The rest of our flights we're definitely covered, but can someone who has been in this situation please advise if we will have lounge access in Hong Kong? I don't think China Eastern actually has a lounge in Hong Kong, however there is the SkyTeam lounge, which I would definitely go to if able.
