I stopped flying BA after the changes, except to cash in 500,000 miles for 4 concorde tickets. I'm only 1 person, but I'm sure many others followed. The AA program is so much better now.
The changes haven't killed BA, but look at June's results. EVERY long haul market has posted very strong gains except the transatlantic one. Which used to be their most profitable. I wonder why
