I got back and emailed Marriott to look into it and they forwarded it to the hotel who have replied that the pool was heated to 25c. We know it wasn't as everyone complained about how cold the water was.

I am quite disappointed as we spent roughly $600 a night for the room alone.
Being so late in the game, what is it you want? Points, cash, or another stay? Your best bet right now is to post a review on maybe TripAdvisor. It will get a lot more exposure than FT and may even get the attention of upper management. Apparently the ones you have been dealing with don't feel empowered to do more than ignore you. The squeaky wheel usually gets the attention.
