Thanks for the information. Something wrong with Etihad. They forced us to pay $350 for 2nd checked in bag even though my ticket says $100. Is there any process to follow with IATA regarding enforcing rules. Luckily Chase stepped up and promised us to pay back cost different. We bought these tickets using chase UR points.
