Please explain the details on why you aren't in C+ anymore. Did the aircraft change? Are you on a completely different flight due to a schedule change? Did you talk to an agent?

If there was a schedule change and you lost your seat assignment, then a call to Delta should put you back in the class of service you paid for. If they can't, you'd be due a refund.
