I would like to clarify the Terms and Conditions of the Hyatt Gold Passport Program. The terms of the program state: A maximum of one Gold Passport account can be maintained by any one individual and memberships cannot be shared or combined by more than one person. To receive Gold Passport base points, you must be a Gold Passport member and the registered guest of the hotel or resort at the time charges are incurred. The bill must also be in your name and you must personally pay for all charges. Your account number cannot be used by anyone else in order to accrue program points, benefits, promotion credits, awards or upgraded membership status.
