So, the online tool doesn't like this routing. I get an error saying:
You have exceeded the allowable number of arrivals/departures between Europe/Middle East and Africa. A transfer without stopover is not allowed. Choose another route and update your itinerary.
By my count there's only one arrival into Africa (DOH-CPT) and one departure (CPT-DOH). Any ideas?
