I don’t think any site exists to allow you to search award flights like that without specifying a destination.

Google flights would allow you to use the explore map and not specify a destination and just see prices on the globe map.

As far as hotel goes, I wouldn’t think you’d base your travel decision on a good last minute hotel deal. Ex. If you can get a 5-Star Resort for $100/night but the last minute flight to get there costs $2,500 to get there and back, are you really going to go?

I’d love if airlines offered some kind of last minute package deals but I don’t see it ever happening. Flights are pretty much always full now days, especially to warm weather destinations so they don’t really have an incentive or reason to do this.
