I took taxi from the airport to the DoubleTree, very close to CIQ, a few months ago: 44 MYR airport coupon and 40 minutes in the middle of the day. Grab going from DT back to airport at 5:30 a.m. was 30 MYR and 25 minutes. Not an exact answer, but hopefully close enough.
