I always preferred MIAT over Air China when flying from PEK to ULN. Air China will delay her flights with the slightest cross winds at ULN. Experienced delays at both PEK and ULN ranging from. 6 - 12 hours. Flew Korean Air once from ULN - ICN in J and obviously much better than the other two!
Service on MIAT was always pleasant in J.
