When I got back to T1 all that was left in Presidents Circle was the minivan. Asked a manager of more cars were coming or if I could take one of the challengers. He said Cars were coming and I could take a Challenger rather than waiting.

At the gate there was a $40 upgrade charge on the contract. The gate agent couldn't remove it and suggested it would magically be gone when I returned. I backed the car up and had to hunt down a manager and 20 minutes later it was removed.

I have to agree Hertz customer service is a total disaster. However they do have some cars that others don't have like the challengers and various luxury cars. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect to be out of there in 5-10 minutes especially when booking a luxury car for a month.

For what it's worth National T1 Premier Selection tonight had a Volvo S90 T6 Inscription. And a Jaguar 2.5T XF
