So I have an upcoming stay booked there later this summer - and if the hotel still adheres to its "No breakfast for Golds" policy, I plan to just cancel the reservation. I tried to find an email address of someone at the hotel (so that I could email for confirmation/denial of this policy) from the web site, but could not.
Any advise on how to proceed - should I call the hhonors customer service number (but they may be naware of local hotel policy)? Or should I call the hotel (but there may be a language problem).
