So I discovered yesterday!
But the week before, on the outbound around 8 pm, when I came in for a shower prior to my flight to Melbourne, there was somebody working to manage the waiting list for showers. Perhaps the term attendant is a misnomer, but at peak times there is someone in the foyer taking names, etc.
