Yeah so when I've been spending 4k a month, I expect to not have an hour of my time wasted and have to argue about what kind of car I would like. Hertz customer service is generally garbage. It's unfortunate because they have the nicest variety of luxury cars.
Yeah I might come off as entitled but I'm spending the money and they should recognize and appreciate it. My demands are not unreasonable. I'm not asking for free tanks of gas or to meet me curbside. I just expect to not be given a ...... ... Chrysler 300 or Dodge Charger with a MSRP of <$30,000 regardless if they think it's luxury or not.
Pretty sure if I was in a casino and dropping this kind of money, they'd appreciate it.

Ah, OK, we have a terminology issue here. Hertz class I is luxury, but an ICAR isn't a Hertz I class, it's the industry standard code for a midsize (see below). So, I thought you had booked a midsize. You actually booked class I, which is an LCAR, not an ICAR. Now your concern makes sense.
