Question for the Marriott Experts here.
I have a stay at the Nanki Shirahama on the 21st of August... but new status takes effect on the 18th... which is when I go down to Gold Elite. Any chance of them honouring the previous Gold benefits which have moved to Platinum Elite tier ( Breakfast / Lounge ).
I was going to email the manager to ask if there's anything perhaps that could be done as it's first trip to the area, but I can't find any email address for the place.
Any tips or advice, anyone?
