We have a place in Telluride and have recently been informed that there has been approval for a Ritz Carlton in Mountain Village - approval as of mid-March. As we are also in Mountain Village there was some concern about height and they did lower it ten feet (big deal) but it is still 36 feet above what the local land ordinance says. Guess it was decided the Ritz would be a plus because there really isn't a great hotel in the core.
