In my experience, all exit row seats on the mainline narrow bodied AA fleet have fixed armrests with the tray tables built into them. The only exceptions that I can think of are 12 D & E and 25 B, C, D & E on the LAA A321 and 10 D & E and 23 B, C, D & E on the LUS A321; however; those are exit row seats without the extra legroom.
One other exception - the A319 exit row 14 has moveable armrests and gobs of legroom.
I know you all hate these planes, but I find row 14 on them to be the most comfortable Y seats in the entire narrow body fleet. If the middle seat is open, I even find it more comfortable then F on a 737 - as a lowly PLAT I wouldn't know about F on the 319!
Being tall, broad, and fat (airline seat trifecta in a bad way), row 14 on the 319 gives me the most room in all directions.
