Are you sure that is wasn't a "very full" flight? Or maybe even <gasp> an "extremely full" flight? (for some reason my brain always envisions people standing in the aisles for the whole flight, and stacked up in the OHBs. Something like this:
It was a full flight. I briefly discussed this with the FA and she was surprised that the GAs
did not gate check “some” bags. Who knows I was just surprised. Might have been laziness or maybe
that do not proactice gate check at SAT.
