I recently got a card and also discovered various broken links (not quite as many as you). The Hilton/SPG worked for me.
The car rental links eventually worked but they don't seem to be anything special (just links to sign up to base programs like anyone can do) - for Avis and Hertz, unless I'm missing something, there's no true status upgrade - it's more just discount codes (none of which seem to do anything for searches I tested). The National link was better, and if you follow that process you do get a true status upgrade.
Priority pass sign up worked for me. However if you are having an issue with that (or anything else) I had success opening a live chat with Amex and they took care of some things for me.
