No she was being really rude trying to charge me 2 fees one to buy out my ticket, then to pay a cancellation fee. I understand the cancellation fee. I even offered to purchase a new ticket and pay the difference. She wanted me to buy out the ticket for an estimate of $300, then pay an additional $200 fee plus the difference of the new ticket purchased.
