Was there about 2 weeks ago. Great location about 2 blocks from the central train station and about a block from Tivoli. Easy walk to main shopping area and most sights. Nice little grocery store and coffee shop just down the street. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are okay, but nothing special. Biggest issue is there is very little drawer and shelf space in the rooms. This is a boutique hotel. Most everything in Copenhagen is expensive and this hotel is no exception. You are basically paying for location. If you have any specific questions, I would be glad to try to answer them.
