WN simply aligned with industry best practices. Inventory spoilage is a significant problem for WN and, while this does not deal with the last minute cancellations, it does end what had become an unacceptable problem.

While most posts here are from people who had a ticket cancelled, the policy benefits others who now have access to inventory which is a good thing. It's a zero-sum game.
