Judging from then comments of other FTers upthread, the more usual response was that it would take a few days or even weeks for the Avios to show up. Now your reply suggested a near immediate credit. Personally I would leave it a few days and then ask again or call up. I imagine the IB+ agents and systems are overloaded at the moment but at some point they will get back to normal working.
