I have been to this resort in January for the past few years after New Years and it was EMPTY! Spire Ambassador. Booked on Points+Cash for 7 nights for all of the stays. Got an upgrade from the basic adult poolside room to a 2nd floor Reef room every time. Maybe because the resort was empty or because I had been there many times?

Restaurants are nice, I love the Italian one! Like others have said the prices are more than if you taxi into town, but not bad for an IC. Staff are awesome, they even remembered me from previous visits, very much like the resorts in Asia where I frequent. Snorkeling is great!! DO the Happy Hour tour from bar to bar at the resort for the drink specials :-)
