An ICAR is a luxury. Where are you seeing ICARs for half the price? I just renewed for August at $3780 without a CDP or PC.

YYZ does not have a prestige class. They always give out Volvo and Audi under ICAR. Alfa Romeos and bigger are paid upgrades.

Seeing as I had a Volvo all of June and my summer spend so far is about $15,000, I expect to be not be told I can't have a certain manufacturer for 30 days when I literally had one for 30 days prior.

Do they hate money or something?
