YYZ is always a bundle of fun to deal with. You'll either get a great customer service representative or you'll get the worst one imaginable.

Booked a 30 day ICAR reservation worth around $4000 on July 10th. The representative tried to stick me in a Dodge Charger, later a Chrysler 300 and after that a Dodge Challenger R/T.

I declined each one and said I wanted a Volvo, Audi or something nice. The representative told me I couldn't have a Volvo for 30 days. Eventually a manager decided I could have a Volvo XC90 for 30 days. While I was waiting for it from the distribution center, I noticed a Volvo V90 Cross Country in an aisle. Asked them why I cannot have that and was told it belongs to a franchise in Ottawa and cannot have it unless I return it to Ottawa.

60 minutes later, I drove off in the Volvo V90 Cross Country that I told I couldn't originally have once a DIFFERENT female manager noticed me still waiting.

Like wow.
