I never have a single problem with the app until I actually need it. Works fine and dandy until I am standing at TSA and try and pull up my boarding pass. That seems to crash it every time.

Seriously though I usually ask the agent for paper copies of my boarding pass, just in case. However last week I was running late and didn't bother. She was surprised when I declined a copy. Her reaction made sense at TSA ID check when for once there was no (priority) line and the app literally crashed.

We are sorry, we are having problems with the app it says. To their credit there was a link that said boarding passes, and clicking on it did manage to pull up a dumbed down version of my boarding pass. So all is well that ends well, and the app worked properly for my connection.

So to answer the question, yeah seemed to have more issues as of late.
