I've flown on a bunch of the MD-88/90s over the past few years; it's kind of sad to see them go.

Yeah, the PAs are UEWEWEWEWEWEW... loud, the A/Cs are noisy at row 11-12, and the headrests aren't great for naps.

But the engines are quiet in the first 2/3 of the aircraft, having 2 seats on one side is very convenient for our family of four, and you get more opportunities to take pictures out the window without a wing in the way!

Glad to get some photos of them while I could.


...UEWEWEWEWEWEW...pfft.
