A quick query... the phone agent managed to find some rewards availability on a Bangkok Air operated flight (cash fares very expensive on date I´m looking at). The phone operator could not price the booking so she could not ticket the booking, but the operator said they will have to send it to the back office for them to price the ticket. The booking shows in my account, but that´s it.
When should I expect them to come back to me? Is it like 1-2 days, or 5-7 days.

Hard to say. But you can expect a very high price in miles. Using FB miles on PG has always been very poor value for “money”. I remember they were asking 50k miles for BKK-REP round trip for 35 min in the air.
