Atlanta in the summer is just awful for flights.
Um, yeaaaaah, ATL isn't on delays... The DC Metros are on significant GDPs along with enroute GSPs for aircraft entering ZDC due to weather. And FWIW: ATL handles far more flights than any of those airports.

But lets not let a few facts get in the way.
