Yes. My cell is listed as primary phone. And they called my mom's cell (a number that would never be associated with my profile).
I was seeking a goodwill credit for a service failure, not reimbursement for specific damages. Are you saying you can only get a courtesy credit if the bag is lost on the outbound? Sorry I thought you were responding to me, not OP.
TBH I've never heard of this 4 day policy. The
post-Dao policy (which has since been deleted, thanks United) as I understand it is permanent loss = $1500. No payout for delays.
