Agree that QF scrambled eggs are bad, because they steam them (they claim they don't have a pan big enough to fry them

Taste like powder, texture like some sort of cake, quite dry, tried at both Deck (below) and Pier J, definitely worse than McDonalds.
QF scrambled eggs: this explains why I think they're like steamed eggs broken into pieces. Would have been better if they just make it Japanese style steamed eggs instead.
