Really, it's gone rat trap bottom, the product is far too inconsistent to merit being anywhere and SWISS have developed a real bad name for neglecting duty of care for when things go wrong. The current downward spiral into a lowcost model with BoB catering also does not help matters. I've had many really good flights with LX, but I've also had a number of really bad ones. And I frankly didn't think F was that great the last time I was in it (the food certainly wasn't).
