From what I can gather, I would really like the Soi 57 property. I am hesitant to book it due to the August 1 changes. The Soi 57 property is going to be a category 3 in August. If I need to change my reservation I might have more flexibility if I am holding a reservation at a category 4 property.
PS If I am just changing the date, this might not be a huge problem.
PPS I will reevaluate the situation post August 1.
