Why would I not be eligible? I thought the rule is 24 months since last bonus. I got the card in August 2016 and the bonus registered on my Nov 13, 2018 statement.

Is the rule that I cannot APPLY for the CSR until 24 months AFTER I RECEIVED my last Sapphire bonus? Or just that I cannot get the bonus on statements less than 24 months apart from each other?
