US Bank Altitude Reserve beats this card in all categories, and earns 4.5% everywhere, but it costs $75 per year.
For restaurants and travel I use CSR, for groceries and gas - Amex EDP, and Altitude Reserve for everything else.
I don’t have the card for the spending categories, I have it for the benefits. In particular the airline incidentals credits, Visa air discount, and Gogo WiFi passes. Believe me, the net “cost” of this card is, for me personally, much lower than the USB AR.
