I made a hotel booking using some Avios recently at Iberia.com and I now need to cancel it. Could someone please tell me how I do this? The Iberia website says to cancel it from "Your Trips" but no such section exists (that I can find at least). I've called the UK Iberia Plus line and no one knows what to do and keeps hanging up on me. Could someone please tell me how to get this booking cancelled? Thanks in advance.
