Thanks. Worked for me on Quantas. Got the IB record locator and found my flight on IB. But cannot do seat selection for IB flight.
It is a trip booked on AA as AA Economy Award, 2 flights on AA (until Madrid) than an IB flight. The 2 AA flights already have seats.
When I found my trip on IB (actually showed only second AA flight and IB flight) it said: Now you can book the seat on your flight for free.
But when I got to seat assignment page it said for the IB flight: This flight does not permit seat selection. (Also for the AA flight it shows).
Do I deserve to do advance seat selection on IB as an AA Platinum? Will it help calling IB?
