Done both many times.
BA F is more like a good business class. Seats are small, not much privacy. The A380 seat is somewhat better but still subpar. They put 14 seats on the 747 where LH (like many other airlines) have 8. Service is more like business class. I read that people call BA F "Words best business class".
LH F is a real F. Much wider seats, more privacy, better service. Food presentation is much fancier, personally I like the taste better than BA.
The F lounges/F terminal are much nicer than the Concorde room. If you have enough time to to get over to the FCT and then be driven to your plane.You could also try to connect via MUC. Less walking and a more efficient airport.
