Prepaid is fine with me. I haven’t had issues with 3x categories, but I’ve mainly just been using it for groceries because 4% back on restaurants (Uber card) and gas (Costco card) seemed to dominate. I wouldn’t mind putting more spend on CNB though because, let’s just say, they treat me very well on the benefits side (not that it’s clear they’d actually want me spending in 3x categories...).
US Bank Altitude Reserve beats this card in all categories, and earns 4.5% everywhere, but it costs $75 per year.
For restaurants and travel I use CSR, for groceries and gas - Amex EDP, and Altitude Reserve for everything else.
