Because I've repeated over and over verbatim what has happened. Here on this thread, on the other FT thread, to AS staff on the phone, to AS staff on line.

I have repeated exactly what has happened, yet people still ask questions making me think that they think I am withholding some key piece to the mystery that I am not revealing. I'm not.

Someone, somewhere, at AS took us out of those exit row seats for who knows what reason. I sure don't. If they thought it was an "upgrade" to Premium Class, I can understand that error. But that does not explain why they then told me I had to pay for them.

We have seats...not the seats we chose, not the seats we want...but the seats that 200 other people are stuck with on the plane every single day, every single flight. They do fine, they get where they are going, and so will we.
